MORE THAN A POSITION.

Dr Anthony Jacobs is a speaker, author, leadership strategist, mentor and legacy builder with more than two decades of experience spanning ministry, organisational leadership, theological education, coaching and leadership development.

Ordained in 2000, his journey has included executive organisational leadership, academic teaching, pastoral ministry and regional and national church leadership. Since 2017 he has served as Presiding Pastor and Visionary Leader of AFM Kingsway Ministries in Amanzimtoti, and since April 2024 as Regional Leader of the AFM South Coast Region and a member of the National Leadership Forum.

At the heart of his work is a conviction that leadership should never end with the leader. His passion is to help leaders identify potential, develop people, navigate transition, prepare successors and intentionally invest in the next generation.
